Fela Durotoye is an executive coach, leadership expert, nation builder, and author. He is a renowned global speaker. He is the Founder/CEO of The Gemstone Group, a leadership development institution comprising The Gemstone Leadership Institute, The Gemstone Leadership Network, and The Gemstone Nation Builders Foundation.

Fela is highly regarded as one of Africa’s leading executive coaches. He is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council (an invitation-only community for senior-level executives in the global coaching industry). He is a guest lecturer on Leadership at the prestigious Stanford University SEED program designed for CEOs operating across the African continent. And also a certified leadership coach of the John Maxwell Team.

FD as he is fondly called is renowned for his unique style of blended mentoring and coaching to help business and impact leaders achieve exponential growth. As a leadership expert, Fela Durotoye is currently on a mission to help 1 million people develop their leadership capacity and connect them with opportunities for growth and success.

As a nation builder, FD has been at the forefront of the movement to build a New Nigeria for over a decade. He is renowned for several history-making projects and initiatives on the national stage, including the Mushin Makeover Project which has been acclaimed as the largest non-governmental urban renewal initiative in Africa’s history. Fela is the recipient of several social, industry, and national awards for his leadership development and Nation Building activities.

Fela is an alumnus of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University Executive Education Programme, and Yale University.

Kate Henshaw is a multitalented, multi-faceted actress. She is one of the top individuals in her field. She is an entrepreneur, author, celebrity fitness expert, social influencer, and a motivational speaker.

A graduate of medical microbiology from the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH), Kate had her first major acting role in 1991. Since then she has starred in over 350 movies. Her current work includes Blood Sisters, The Ghost of the House of Truth, Chief Daddy, 4th Republic, New Money, The Women, and more. Her numerous awards include:

Kate Henshaw is a brand ambassador for Samsung Mobile, Samsung Electronics, Aquafina Water and more. She is a dedicated and consistent fitness enthusiast. She has participated in various fitness events and has also published a fitness DVD showcasing her daily workout routines. In addition to her prolific acting career and social work, she is the CEO of Figure Keight Agency, an organisation that promotes, encourages, and supports being dark skinned and proud.

Kola Oyeneyin sits at the intersection of Investments, Technology, Economic Development, Public Policy, and People. He is an experienced entrepreneur, investor, and leader. He is recognised as a serial entrepreneur, innovator, Pan-Africa advocate, and social movement builder.

An impact-oriented business leader, he has founded multiple thriving businesses through Venia Group – a venture creation company. He assists global tech brands including Bolt, Branch, and more to establish a presence in Nigeria. At Volition Capital, he drives strategic partnerships and investment growth, and at Volition Blue LLC, a US-based company, he’s focused on bridging the opportunities in Africa and the US Markets. Venia Group was recognized as one of the "Companies to Inspire Africa 2019" by the London Stock Exchange Group, after pioneering two new industries in Nigeria; the Coworking and Insurtech.

A strong believer in Nigeria, Kola founded GenVoices, an organization set up to prepare young people for political engagements. Before transitioning from the organization, GenVoices had over 49 chapters globally and was endorsed by the United Nations. In 2017, he created the Cave Adullam Network, a non-profit initiative to annually raise and mentor 100 young men between the ages of 18-35. Adullam Network currently has 300 active young men across Nigeria and globally. In 2021, he founded The Kola Oyeneyin Foundation, with a vision “to create an Africa that works for all, with competent, innovative and principled young leaders at the forefront”. Kola is an alumnus of the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, an Edward Mason and Gleitsman Fellow, and a Fellow of the Harvard Center for Public Leadership. He was honored with The Eric Yankah Award, for “distinguished contribution to the Mason program and Harvard Kennedy School". He is also an alumnus of the University of Nottingham, UK. In 2020, Kola was selected as one of the "The Most Influential People of African Descent" by MIPAD, a UN-backed organization.
